Cancellation Policy

Training Course Cancellation & Refund Policy 1. Purpose To outline the terms and conditions for cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds for all training courses provided by Resilience Health Solutions, ensuring fairness, transparency, and compliance with UK consumer law. 2. Scope This policy applies to all delegates booking: In-person training courses Online/live virtual training 1:1 mentoring or masterclasses 3. Booking & Deposits A non-refundable deposit of £30 is required to secure all course bookings. Full payment must be made at least [14] days prior to the course start date unless otherwise agreed. Failure to complete payment may result in loss of the booking and deposit. 4. Cancellation by Delegate 4.1 More than 14 days before course Delegates may: Transfer to a future date (one time, free of charge), OR Receive a refund minus the non-refundable deposit 4.2 7–14 days before course No refund One transfer permitted to a future date (administration fee of £30 may apply) 4.3 Less than 7 days before course No refund No transfer permitted 4.4 Non-attendance (No-Show) Treated as a late cancellation Full course fee forfeited 5. Rescheduling Policy Each booking is eligible for one date transfer only Rescheduled courses must be taken within 3 months of the original date Additional rescheduling requests may incur fees or be declined 6. Cancellation by the Academy Resilience Health Solutions reserves the right to cancel or reschedule training due to: Trainer illness Insufficient bookings Unforeseen circumstances (e.g. venue issues) In such cases, delegates will be offered: A full refund, OR An alternative course date The academy is not liable for additional costs (e.g. travel, accommodation). 7. Exceptional Circumstances Requests due to medical emergencies or serious unforeseen events may be considered at the academy’s discretion Evidence (e.g. medical note) may be required 8. Refund Process Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days Refunds will be made via the original payment method 9. Consumer Rights This policy complies with: The Consumer Rights Act 2015 The Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 10. Agreement By booking a course, delegates confirm they have read, understood, and agreed to this cancellation policy
